My space confusion

We know that many of you know our MySpace profile. Unfortunately, we - as a band - hadn’t known that till today. The reason why we were not interested in what is going on on MySpace was that we haven’t found MySpace so attractive. Meanwhile, since 2005 one of our fans - we believe that it was good intention - has set up Artrosis profile and was carrying it on without our permission and even without our knowledge about that. We have never limited activity and initiative of our fans, because every good intention, initiative of them, that gives advantages for both sides, we have always welcomed warmly. Unfortunately this time the effect was slightly opposite. Person who was updating MySpace profile introduced himself as Artrosis manager, without our knowledge and permission he made statements in behalf of the band on the profiles of other bands or people interested in invite us for concerts. There were also illegal MP3 files on the profile uploaded without our or our labels’ permission and many other materials published without the permission of the owners. There was even completely fake concert schedule for 2008 (schedule for spring 2007 with changed year for 2008). I contacted with that man, and I informed him about all his faults and abuses, demanding revising of the content of Artrosis profile, and providing the proper correct and accurate information about the band. He decided to shut down the profile. I know, that many of you have your accounts on MySpace and you added Artrosis profile to your fiends list. I know that many of you was surprised when you discovered that you were removed from Artrosis profile friends list. I would like to assure you of the fact that you will never be removed from the real list of our friends, and that list is in our hearts, not on the MySpace. Also We will do our best to set up new official Artrosis profile on MySpace.
