I finally got the answer. I was all wrong.

Ukryty Wymiar was released in Polish by Morbid Noizz in 1997, and English versions of some songs were released on cassette. Then, the complete album was released in english as Hidden Dimention, by Hall of Sermon in 1998/1999. This is the version I had.

Later, in 2001, the 10 tracks have been completely re-made in Polish with Metal Mind, with new vocals and instruments recordings. The CD is also called Ukryty Wymiar, but has a slightly different sleeve. I just got it from an online store.

The sleeve is very beatiful. The sonic ambience is much darker, with loud bass and weaker vocals. A bit like Melange. Though the vocal technique of Medeah is better, she seems less involved, and I prefer the original version.
Some parts were a bit changed. For example, there is a new guitar part is Nazguls, and the female voice have been removed from the first part of Rzeka Istnien, while the male voice is emphasized.

There are three bonus tracks, labelled "live drums" in the official discography.
